Game!

Here are the rules:

1. Grab the nearest book
2. Open the book to page 123
3. Find the fifth sentence
4. Post the text of the next 3 sentences (#5,6,7) on your blog, along with these instructions.
5. Don't you dare dig for that "cool" or "intellectual" book in your closet! I know you were thinking about it. Just grab what is closest. No cheating.

Is it on experience? Is it on varuious forms of intellectual, emotional, sentimental conclusions? Please, as we are saying, observe, if you do not mind, your own actual relationship with another- actual, not what you think ought to be, not an ideal relationship, but factual, daily, everyday relationship- because that is what we live with, and if we understand that then we can go much further.

My Blog is First

So….

I posted this entry on Jeremy Bloom.

I would like to be the first to say that this week’s US Weekly wrote a little write up on him with the picture that I posted. I guess what I am trying to say, I am a step ahead of US Weekly! Actually a few steps because I posted it over 10 days ago.

No one felt the need to comment… Ya’ll are gunna regret it, and think back to me when he wins the Olympic Gold and becomes a household name!

Eye Wear

So, I picked up my glasses today. I am going to try and start wearing glasses as opposed to not wearing them and/or wearing contact lenses.

It's funny because I can see so much more clearly now! It's a world of difference! The picture isn't that good. I only took one shot, it's not photoshopped, and I looke like a hung over, lip injected, greasy, crack whore...

OK! So.. not really.. but I bet you can see where I was coming from...

Something To Live By II

So there's speculation that I was hinting something to someone regarding my post Something To Live By.

For the record, I have said this quote every single day since I was 16 (maybe 17). In fact, I may be getting 2 tattoos this weekend, and I want that quote. I wanted to get feedback from people, and see some reactions.

This world is already fucked with bad karma! So I ask every single one of you reading this blog to not feed into sorrow of others. I am the most blunt person ever, and I don't speculate and speak for other people. If I wanted to say something, I would say it brutally, honestly and bluntly!

Remember, life is too short... The glass isn't half empty. The glass isn't half filled. It's just there- half way!

Kelly Clarkson

This is for Naked Boy =)

January 19, 2006, 12:00 AM ET - Billboard

One day after "American Idol" judge Simon Cowell slammed Kelly Clarkson for refusing to let the TV talent contest that launched her career use her hits, a spokesperson for the pop star denies there was ever a dispute over song rights.

"Kelly Clarkson was happy to hear her song, 'Since U Been Gone,' on 'American Idol' ... and as far as she's concerned there is no conflict between her and the TV show," says her publicist.

"She intended all along to license additional material to the show and will do so when asked and within reason." A contestant on the hit show's season premiere warbled Clarkson's massive hit "Since U Been Gone" in the first few minutes of the program.

Cowell, speaking to a gathering of TV critics on Tuesday, said that Clarkson would be making a "big mistake" if she barred "Idol" from using her songs after the show catapulted her to stardom.

"No matter how talented Kelly Clarkson is, she would not be in the position she's in now without winning this show," he said. "It's the public who bothered to pick up the phone and vote for her. If she refuses to give songs to be used on the show, it's like saying to every person who voted for you, 'You know what? Thank you. I'm not interested in you anymore."'

"Idol" must get permission from the owners of song licenses, Clarkson included, before broadcasting the material. Clarkson's representatives say they were in standard negotiations over those rights and that Cowell's remarks took them by surprise.

"Kelly is fine with her songs being used on the show. There was never an issue," her publicist said.

A spokesperson for "Idol" agreed that negotiations were in progress and said it was not clear if Clarkson was ever personally involved in those talks.

Golden Globes

Obviously, I am ALL about the Golden Globes. Ever since I was a child, I would imagine walking the famous Red Carpet with my mom! Here's to dreaming.. for dreams can come true!

However, nobody looked as stunning as Keira Knightley. She looked every inch a lady in this strapless white Valentino frock. But this damsel's distress is in the too ornate details embroidered on her dress. Critics said her dress was TOO ornate! I think it was too BEAUTIFUL! She wowed me during her Red Carpet interview. What a hot British Babe!

Kevin on Access Hollywood

From Access Hollywood: Access Hollywood's Maria Menounos sat down with the man who stole Britney's heart - Kevin Federline.

"First of all, do we call you K-Fed?" Maria asked.

"No dude," he groaned.

"I'm just kidding," Maria laughed.

"Everywhere I look it says 'K-Fed' and I'm thinking to myself, 'I know he's not doing that.'"

"No, I'm not doing that at all," he sighed.

And the truth is, Kevin is a doting and ambitious dad who lights up in a way no paparazzi photo could ever capture when you bring up his baby son, Sean Preston."What do you call him?" Maria asked Kevin.

"I call him Sean P," he smiled. "That's my boy."

Indeed, as Sean P is growing up, so is dad Kevin. When he sat down with Maria, she discovered a cleaned-up, serious dad who was personable, confident and more than willing to share the details of fatherhood.

"I love it. I get up in the morning with him and he's, like, all ready to play and stuff," Kevin beamed.

"What do you play with him?" asked Maria.

"I mean, he's just getting ready to talk is he is 'gooing' and 'gahhing,'" he laughed.

"Are you 'gooing' and 'gahhing' with him?" Maria wondered.

"Oh yeah," the proud papa admitted.

It's understandable if you're surprised since it's not exactly the same picture painted by the tabloids. But the man primarily portrayed as a partier loves being a father.

And the million-dollar questionï: how is Kevin when it comes to changing diapers?

"I've got it down to a science," he said. "I can do it with one hand tied behind my back with the phone on my ear."

"No way!" Maria exclaimed in disbelief. "I'd be covering up if it was a boy. I would hold the diaper on top so you don't get squirted."

"If it's your child, it's different. You don't care about those things. It's so minor," Kevin explained. "You become a parent and nothing else really matters."

Once Maria got a glimpse of Kevin the dad, it was time to find out about Kevin the recording artist.

First question, just one word: PopoZao. That would be Kevin's new Brazilian-flavored dance single "PopoZao."

"What does it mean again? Nice ass?" Maria asked. "Wait, I mean nice butt. Hold on, do we need to that again? Can I say that on TV?"

"There you go. Nice ass. You can say it on television if it's positive, right?" Kevin laughed.

Kevin is busy writing and recording his first CD, which is due out in April.

"The album is called 'Truth' right?" Maria asked.

"No, no. That's all tabloid rumors. I was thinking of calling it 'Rearranged,'" he revealed.

"Why?" asked Maria.

"It's time I come out and take control of my situation so I'm rearranging my whole character and letting people know who I am. It's not like everybody knows who I am. You see this picture of me and it says this and that and that's not true."

Well, speaking of pictures:"Do you have any pictures of Sean Preston with you?" Maria inquired.

"Nope," Kevin said.

Well, to be fair, none that he was willing to show us on camera. But Maria got a private viewing and she said that Sean P is beautiful.

So when it comes to baby, is Kevin a spoiling kind of dad?

"Yeah. I want to say spoiled as much as it's so easy for him to win me over," he smiled.

"Who is going to be the disciplinarian?" asked Maria.

"I will, I will," he said.

So does that mean that mom Britney is a pushover when it comes to baby Sean?

"Oh yeah," he laughed.

"She must be so in love with him," Maria said.

"Oh yeah. We are happy. Love it," the proud papa said.

"Do you guys think you'll have more?" Maria asked.

"We'll have to see about that one," Kevin grinned.

Gay Music Label

Sony Music has launched the first major music label dedicated to nurturing lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender artists.

The label, Music with a Twist, is a joint venture with Wilderness Media & Entertainment, the company led by Matt Farber, who has founded MTV's new gay and lesbian channel LOGO.
"It's an idea whose time has come," Mr Farber said.

"Only now are media and entertainment brands being created for the gay and lesbian audience following the success of brands for other minorities," he said.

Mr Farber says the success of brands dedicated to the African American and Hispanic audiences has helped talent in those communities cross over well beyond their core audiences.
Music With a Twist's roster will feature gay artists who have mass appeal and hit potential across all musical genres.

The label also plans to release various compilations geared toward gay and bisexual audiences, featuring hit songs by established artists that have been embraced by gay, bisexual and transgender audiences, as well as tracks from emerging gay artists.

Style is Style - Fashion is Fashion!

And Britney's got style!

Ok- Here's the thing... This guy, Mr Blackwell, is a fashion critic. And he is said to have the most irritating writing style. And he doesn't like Britney very much. AT ALL!!!!

Mr Blackwell has been handing out annual worst-dressed awards to celebrities for 46 years.

The winner of Mr Blackwell's worst-dressed award this year is none other than pop princess Britney Spears. Even though Britney was a bit pregnant for a lot of 2005, it hasn't stopped Mr Blackwell from digging his claws into her style.

Who is this Mr. Blackwell? How dare he? Britney is a phenomenal style icon. Things don't have to be polished and right off of Voge to be style. Look below at the rest of list... To me- it's a crock! It seems as though he has personal issues with all of these fashionistas!

2 - Mary Kate Olsen - "In bag lady rags that look depressingly decayed - forget the accessories and buy some Raid."

3 - Jessica Simpson - "It's time to sack the stylist and divorce the designer - she resembles a cut-rate Rapunzel slingin' hash in a Vegas diner."

4 - Eva Longoria - "Gorgeous face, garish taste - what a waste."

5 - Mariah Carey - "The world applauds your musical emancipation - but please - leave that body to our imagination."

6 - Paris Hilton - "The Burger Queen Sensation may be very rich - but she looks like yesterday's cheesecake - with a side of kitsch."

7 - Anna Nicole Smith - "Queen Kong in cheap lingerie."

8 - Shakira - "Coiffure by Medusa - clothes by the Marquis De Sade."

9 - Lindsay Lohan - "The Teen Scream defines Fashion Fright - looks like she's aged 30 years overnight."

10 - Renee Zellweger - "Runs the gamut from Kewpi Doll Dreck to Red Carpet Wreck - she looks like a painted pumpkin on a pogo stick."

Las Vegas

This fast-paced, sexy drama follows the hottest, elite Las Vegas surveillance team charged with maintaining the security of one of “Sin City’s” largest resorts and casinos.

It’s on NBC on Mondays @ 9pm (eastern)

Oscar and Golden Globe Award nominee James Caan (“The Godfather,” “Misery”) stars as Ed Deline, the head of the surveillance team for the Montecito Resort & Casino. With his protégé, Danny McCoy (Josh Duhamel, “All My Children”) a former U.S. Marine and Las Vegas native, they deal with card-counting cheaters, costly streaks of random luck and rival casinos stealing their big-money players. Rounding out this cast of high rollers is Ed’s daughter, Delinda (Molly Sims, MTV’s “Starsky and Hutch”), Mary Connell (Nikki Cox, “Nikki”), Mike Cannon (James Lesure, “For Your Love”) and Samantha “Sam” Jane (Vanessa Marcil, “Beverly Hills, 90210”). Lara Flynn Boyle (“The Practice,” “Men in Black II”) was in the cast this season as the flamboyant new owner of the Montecito Casino who died. A gust of wind literally threw her down the strip into the Manolo Blahnik Sample Sale.

P.S. I LOVE JOSH DUHAMEL!!!!!

ROCCO RICCI

I am so sick and tired of bullshit…

It’s Monday… and my day was devoted to working on an evite for one of my clients. I didn’t mind that so much since I rather enjoy doing some graphic design work. I love playing on photoshop and illustrator… However, I kept getting interrupted by this nagging im-er.

I was dog sitting for 4 dogs all weekend and didn’t have time to go out all that much. My roommate left town to visit his boyfriend, and my best friend was in Las Vegas.

I know what you are thinking… Dog sitting does not take up 24 hours a day. But it does when one of the puppies is just a couple of months old. He is still being potty trained and tears up everything. My best friend’s bath mats got completely shredded because of this little puppy.

He’s the cutest little wire hair miniature dachshund. His name is Rocco! I love him!

One More Time

So... I was trying to mak ethis blog very Britney based. And I think I have done a hell of a good job. But she's been playing mommy, and not too much is happening. Furthermore, I want some input... PLEASE! I am thinking of changing it up a little bit... Still keeping a little celebrity updates.... But now blogging more about me... and My Adventures...

I have some pretty good ones... Sort of like NakedBoy...

Where Are You Now?

Scratch anything I ever said about Britney’s upcoming album…

It has been said that Britney's album set to be released in 2006 will be a collection of unreleased songs from all her previous albums. And the totally new album will be released in 2007.This is still just a rumor neither Jive nor Britney have confirmed anything.

There isn't any information about track listing.

But back to the 2006 CD -- Jive is putting together a new 13 track album, composed of old, unreleased songs. Britney doesn’t want to do this, but Jive figures the fans need something new. Little do they know, die hard fans most likely have her unreleased tracks already!

They want to put together an "original" cover without Britney (like B: In The Mix). The international version will include a bonus track. The bonus surprise is that one of the new songs is to feature Kayne West.

Jive plans to release 2 Music Videos as promotion.

Also, it is said that a DVD will be released April 2nd. "Feeling Free with Britney: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow". It will include two music videos, a gallery of the People photo shoot (Britney, Kevin, and baby Sean). It'll feature the family at their Malibu home. It's scheduled to show you how she lives; it's a lot like a reality show on a DVD. The second disc is to include a new song featuring Kevin Federline, 2 remixes, and rare footage.

The first video is due out in February, Jive isn't sure of the exact date, but we'll know on the official site soon. The first single is called "Feeling Free" from the In The Zone era, it's about a girl that's single and has no regrets about it. It may remind fans of "Lonely". The 2nd Single is a song called "Take Off" which is a new track recorded in 2005.

Confirmed Songs

1. Feeling Free (from 2003)
2. Take Off (from 2005)
3. Love You Too Much (from 2000)
4. Sacred (from 2002)
5. Forever (from 2001)
6. Crazy, Sexy, Beautiful (from 2003)
